• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the service.
• No attempts to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or authorization.
• No uploading of unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Service availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service, its content, and its trademarks (including FuturePath, MoveScore™, Life Readiness Score™) are owned by us. You retain ownership of scenario inputs you create.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
