2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the service.
- No attempts to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or authorization.
- No uploading of unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Open Beta
The service is in Open Beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. Availability is best-effort with no uptime guarantee during Beta.
5. Intellectual property
The service, its content, and its trademarks (including FuturePath, MoveScore™, Life Readiness Score™) are owned by us. You retain ownership of scenario inputs you create.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
