FuturePath AI (“we”, “us”) provides a financial-decision simulation service. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Scenario inputs: the numeric and city inputs you enter into simulations.
• Usage analytics: anonymized event data (pages viewed, features used) to improve the product.
• Client error reports: stack traces and browser metadata when the app crashes.

2. How we use it

• To run your simulations and save them to your account.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To communicate about your account (auth emails, security notices).

3. Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect bank credentials, Social Security numbers, brokerage login information, or connect to your real financial accounts. All figures are entered by you.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the sub-processors we rely on to operate the service (hosting, database, email delivery, AI inference).

5. Retention

Account and scenario data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data.
